TuanaTravels LLC - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of the consulting services offered by TuanaTravels LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.

1. Services Offered

TuanaTravels LLC provides three consulting service tiers:

  1. Quick Advice Call ($30) – 30-minute consultation to answer questions on solo travel, study &  work abroad, and destinations.

  2. Explorer Pack ($90) – 60-minute consultation with curated recommendations including top experiences, accommodations, safety, and cultural tips.

  3. Tailored Adventure Pack ($150) – 90-minute consultation with a fully custom day-by-day itinerary, transportation guidance, accommodations, and optional vetted local contacts.

All services are delivered via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp unless otherwise agreed.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require full payment via Stripe Checkout.

  • Payment must be completed before scheduling is confirmed.

  • You agree to provide accurate contact information for scheduling purposes.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and instructions to select a consultation time.

3. Scheduling & Availability

  • Consultations are scheduled based on the availability you select during booking.

  • Availability is subject to change; updates will be reflected in Calendly or other scheduling tools.

  • Time zones are automatically adjusted for your location at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule consultations in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All bookings are final and non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule a consultation:

    • Quick Advice Call (Tier 1) → up to 24 hours in advance

    • Explorer Pack & Tailored Adventure Pack (Tier 2 & 3) → up to 48 hours in advance

  • Rescheduling requests must be made via the same platform you booked (Calendly/Email) and are subject to available slots.

  • No-shows or late cancellations cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Deliverables

    • Services include consultations, curated recommendations, and itineraries in PDF or Google Doc format.

    • Deliverables are based on information provided by you. TuanaTravels LLC is not responsible for inaccuracies or incomplete details you provide.

    • Optional add-ons (e.g., vetted local contacts) are advisory only.

6. Communication & Platform

    • You may choose your preferred platform: Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp.

    • We are not liable for technical issues on third-party platforms (e.g., poor internet connection).

    • Consultations are one-on-one unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

      • All travel advice is informational only. You assume responsibility for any decisions, bookings, or actions taken based on our guidance.

      • TuanaTravels LLC is not liable for accidents, cancellations, or any outcomes during your travels.

      • Payment is required before booking is confirmed. By completing payment, you acknowledge that fees are non-refundable.

      • We do not provide travel insurance or guarantee availability of accommodations, experiences, or transport.

8. Intellectual Property

      • All materials, itineraries, and recommendations are copyrighted by TuanaTravels LLC.

      • You may not share, copy, or redistribute our content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

      • These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

      • Any disputes will be handled through arbitration or mediation.

10. Acknowledgment

    • By booking a consultation, you confirm that you:

      • Have read and understood these Terms of Service

      • Agree to abide by all policies, disclaimers, and limitations listed herein
